# CCH Axcess return not populating This resource assists CCH Axcess customers whose tax returns aren't displaying data after import. Contact if these steps don't resolve the issue. ## Step 1: Recalculate the Return After importing a tax return into CCH Axcess, open the file and select the **"Recalc."** button. This manual recalculation often resolves data population issues. If information appears after recalculating, the problem is solved.
