**When you click diagnosis, you see this error:**

> The amount of withholding must equal the amount of withholding reported on Form(s) W-2, Schedule(s) K-1, Form(s) 1099, Form(s) W-2G and Form 8959, line 24 for electronic filing. Please review the return and make any necessary changes.

**Resolution: How to get it to qualify to eFile**

* In Return Manager, select the tax return with this issue
* Go to **Utilities**
* Click **Rebuild**
* Click **Continue** and then **OK**.
* Then open V2; it should be fixed. See the Return ID has "V2" and the Last Activity is "Return rebuilt."
